Chris Johnson, RBTuesday 8/26, 8:44 PM CT
As fantasy owners continue to ponder how the rushing workload in Tennessee will be filled, and more to the point, the role breakout rookie Chris Johnson will play in that effort, coach Jeff Fisher has offered some insight following today's practices, according to SBNation.com. In his interview with the press, Fisher was asked how the tandem of Johnson and LenDale White will work, to which he responded, "We're going to use them both depending on the game plans and it makes sense to take advantage of both of their abilities. I think we'll have a better gauge once we get to the middle part of the season how the carries and the touches are going to work. Provided they're healthy week in and week out I would assume it would be close to 50-50, maybe 60-40."

Our View:That sounds about right based on reports we've read over recent weeks and the production these two could produce. At first glance, it may seem like a detrimental fantasy situation, but with quarterback Vince Young struggling to find comfort in the pocket and a group of receivers failing to instill confidence in the passing game, it is fair to suggest both Johnson and White could be 15 carries per game, and both can do work in that number of carries. It will be an intriguing situation to watch, and we'll keep you posted on the news along the way.
Eugene Amano, CMonday 8/25, 6:43 PM CT
Eugene Amano has won the starting job for the Tennessee Titans at left guard, holding off Leroy Harris, according to the Nashville Tennessean.

Our View:Amano won the job that was vacated when Jacob Bell left for St. Louis in free agency. He is versatile and can also play center.
Rob Bironas, KMonday 8/25, 1:53 PM CT
Rob Bironas hasn't kicked in a game since the Pro Bowl last February and may sit out the Titans' preseason finale against Green Bay while he continues to nurse his groin ailment, according to the Tennessean. He said, "It's a tricky process with the groin and kicking, so we're trying to get back without any setbacks. I'm just trying to get over this injury and trying to get on the field healthy to make it through the season healthy, not just a couple of games."

Our View:Recently in training camp he has been kicking field goals in the 25-30 yard range, along with extra points. The team trainer still expects him to be fine for Week 1, and will continue to keep his workload light to insure he is ready to go.
