L.J. Smith commented that he wants more passes thrown his way, according to the Philadelphia Daily News. He said, "I wish I had a little more opportunities. I can't really do much with one pass a game. I can't do it, nobody can do much with one pass a game."

Our View:He was only targeted twice Sunday against the 49ers, but hauled in a two-yard touchdown on his lone grab. He would be solid fantasy starter again if his targets start to go back up.

Lito Sheppard, CB

Cornerback Lito Sheppard strained his hamstring during the third quarter of the Week 6 win over the 49ers, the Philadelphia Inquirer notes. He did not return.

Our View:Sheppard is the third cornerback, but he is a valuable piece of the defense. We didn't figure that the Eagles would try to trade him before Tuesday's deadline, and this injury could cut off any talks.

Juqua Parker, DE

Sunday 10/12, 6:44 PM CT

Defensive end Juqua Parker had a big game in Week 6 against the 49ers. He finished with four solo tackles, one sack, and an interception return for a touchdown.

Our View:Parker has 4.5 sacks over the last four games and is doing a solid job as part of the Eagles end rotation. IDP owners may use him as a future bye-week fill-in if the matchup looks good.
