Michael Boley is focusing on improving his play while the Falcons are coming off their bye week, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. He said, "I don’t think I’ve played to where I want to be. As the season goes on, I hope to get better and play better than what I’ve been doing in the earlier games."

Our View:He is not playing poorly, but is not playing up to his high standards. He has racked up 26 tackles (23 solo) and an interception so far, and is looking to improve upon those totals.

Falcons linebacker Michael Boley says he feels healthy and has recovered from a neck strain, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Our View:Boley only saw a bit of action last week against the Chiefs, though his playing time should expand this week against the Panthers.

Our View:Boley, who has posted 11 tackles (9 solo, 2 assist) during the first two weeks of the 2008 season, is a decent IDP option this week against the Chiefs, who will likely feature a large dose of the running game.

Our View:Boley has decent value in IDP leagues, and fantasy players in those formats will want to check back for an update on his status.

Linebacker Michael Boley plead not guilty a misdemeanor battery charge on Tuesday, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports. He was arrested in early May after an alleged physical confrontation with his wife.

Our View:Boley didn't even have to appear in court, which is nice for him. The judicial system wouldn't want to ruin his practice day.
