Jason Campbell is looking comfortable and could have a successful season in new head coach Jim Zorn's offense, reports ESPN.com. Campbell was successful running a similar offense in college at Auburn.

Our View:Campbell was making great progress before injuring his knee in week 13 of the 2007 NFL season. He completed 60% of his passes and had 12 touchdowns compared to 11 interceptions. If he can improve a bit under Zorn, Campbell will be a legitimate option as a fantasy quarterback.

Jason Campbell is fully recovered from the hamstring ailment that plagued him during early May workouts, according to the Washington Post. He said, "I don't have any problems with the hamstring. It's something that's behind me."

Our View:Campbell has had trouble staying healthy, but can post solid numbers when physically intact, and you have to like his fantasy potential in the Redskins' new West Coast system. He will be closely monitored through training camp, and could prove to be a late-round steal on draft day, assuming his hamstring issue is really behind him.

Jason Campbell - the perennial quarterback of the future - has two years remaining on his rookie contract and the Washington Redskins have yet to open any sort of contract talks with him, according to the Washington Post.

Our View:Campbell remains something of an unknown commodity due to injuries and the constant changing of the offensive scheme in Washington. If a team knows it has a franchise quarterback, then they jump on an extension early, but it appears the organization is still in evaluation mode with Campbell.
May 8, 2008
Quarterback Jason Campbell said he expects to be 100 percent in a couple of weeks, according to the Washington Times. "I just pulled my hamstring a little bit," said Campbell, who last year missed the final three-plus regular-season games and the wild-card loss at Seattle with a dislocated left kneecap. "I won't be running for a while."

Our View:Campbell tweaked his hamstring in the Redskins’ final mini-camp practice session. He is expected to be ready for organized team activities, set to kickoff on June 2.
May 7, 2008
Washington QB Jason Campbell has suffered what the team believes to be a minor hamstring injury, according to the Washington Post.

Our View:Coach Jim Zorn told reporters, "He just felt it grab, it didn't pull all the way. He was feeling his hamstrings all along, and I think it's because I have him bending his knees more to stay at one level while dropping back." The team does not believe the injury to be serious and will withhold him from team activities until further notice.
