DeAngelo Hall covets a long-term deal with the Redskins, according to the Washington Post.

Our View:Coach Jim Zorn is also hoping Hall is a part of the Redskins' secondary beyond this season. Hall registered an interception in his debut against the rival Cowboys, which will help in his bid for an extension.

Atlanta Falcons owner Arthur Blank is apparently no fan of Redskins cornerback and former Falcon DeAngelo Hall, as he said the player "needs to grow up," according to ESPN.com.

Our View:Hall apparently wanted to fight some Falcons players when the Raiders were stomped by them last week, and he had made divisive comments in the past, leading to his trade from Atlanta.
November 8, 2008
At least one of the reasons why DeAngelo Hall was released by the Raiders has become clear, according to the San Francisco Chronicle. In a meeting with current cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha, owner Al Davis said that Hall wound not void the injury insurance in his contract that guaranteed him more than $16 million next year.

Our View:It should surprise no one that one of the reasons for Hall's release had to do with money.
November 7, 2008
DeAngelo Hall has signed a one-year deal with the Redskins, according to the Contra Costa Times.

Our View:Hall will help shore up a thin Redskins' secondary, and should earn a starting spot at right cornerback opposite Shawn Springs. He contributed three interceptions prior to his release by Oakland.
November 7, 2008
The Falcons do not want to bring back DeAngelo Hall after being let go by Oakland, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Our View:Hall made two Pro Bowl's over four seasons with Atlanta, but wore out his welcome. Hall is still garnering interest from several other clubs, such as New England and Washington.
