November 17, 2008 Falcons defensive tackle Grady Jackson, who was suspended four games by the NFL, will have appeals heard later this week, according to the Our View:Jackson can keep playing until his appeal is heard and a decision is rendered. He has been a non-factor as an IDP player this season. |

November 11, 2008 Grady Jackson, who is facing a four-game suspension by the NFL, has opted to file a class action lawsuit against the manufacturer (Balanced Health Products) of StarCaps in Superior Court of California on Monday, according to the Our View:Jackson is seeking restitution and damages for false advertising and unfair business practices against the company, as well as the retailers for selling StarCaps. His suspension is currently in the appeals process. |
