The numbers he has put up are not exactly what fantasy owners were hoping for after his rookie year, which saw him hit .322. |

Pence spent part of Monday night in the emergency room, but he appears to have escaped serious injury. "For Hunter I hate to see something like this happen," Astros owner Drayton McLane said. "It could have been much more serious. He could have cut a tendon or an artery. We are told he should be back within a week." |
