Charlton Jimerson cleared waivers and has signed a Triple-A contract with the Mariners, according to the Seattle Times.

Our View:He had one at-bat for the Mariners this season, and holds no fantasy value.

The Astros recalled Charlton Jimerson from Triple-A Round Rock Friday. Jimerson hit .247 with 18 homers, 45 RBI and 28 steals for Round Rock. He will back up in the Astros outfield.

The Astros recalled Charlton Jimerson from Triple-A Round Rock on Wednesday, according to the AP. Jimerson hit .304 with an RBI in seven games at Round Rock after spending most of the season at Double-A Corpus Christi, where he batted .259 with 16 home runs, 44 RBI and 27 stolen bases in 115 games. He will be primarily used as a pinch-runner.
