September 23, 2008 Lastings Milledge went 3-for-4 with three RBI in the Nationals 9-4 win over the Marlins. He also stole his 24th base of the season. Our View:Milledge pushed his RBI total to 60 for the year, and has hit well in September. He could be primed for a breakout 2009. |

September 1, 2008 Lastings Milledge had only one hit on Monday but he still platted two runs on the afternoon while stealing his 20th base of the year. Our View:Milledge has also produced 13 home runs so those who said he could be a poor man's version of Mike Cameron this year weren't too far off the mark. Over his last 36 outings he has 18 runs, 20 RBI, seven steals and a .299 average offering a lot of value. |
