August 27, 2008 We are receiving word that Texas slugger Josh Hamilton has been listed as a last-minute scratch in tonight's matchup against Kansas City, according to the Our View:Brandon Boggs is playing left and Marlon Byrd is moving to center. A local beat reporter with the News indicates Hamilton was having dental work done earlier in the day and may be in need of rest as a result. Thus we see no immediate reason for alarm. |
