Saturday was supposed to mark the first time NASCAR's Nationwide and Craftsman Truck Series raced on the same day, which left many scratching their heads about how the sanctioning body would fit it all that activity into a crowded schedule. Mother Nature tossed a wrench into the works by drenching the "not-so-sunny" California track several times during Friday. Cool temperatures and heavy clouds ensured the track would stay wet and now Saturday is more important than ever.
